because of goverment blocking in my country (iran) opera mini dosent work.
after instal opera mini, the first proccess of opera when the red (O) of opera is in compelet, process never full and never load up speed dial screen.only with VPN we can went from first instaling process.
instead of opera mini that doesnt load up ,main opera for android load up with no problem. -

@adrin7, Opera Mini depends on its server to fulfill user requests, that is why your government may block the whole browser by blocking addresses/IPs of them. The bigger browser is independent, thus not affected by such actions.
