<![CDATA[opera mini not work in my country]]>because of goverment blocking in my country (iran) opera mini dosent work.
after instal opera mini, the first proccess of opera when the red (O) of opera is in compelet, process never full and never load up speed dial screen.only with VPN we can went from first instaling process.
instead of opera mini that doesnt load up ,main opera for android load up with no problem.

The bigger browser is independent, thus not affected by such actions.
