Video lag on Opera Stable 29; no lag on Opera Developer 31

The lag that is present with video playback and some of the 'heavier' websites, has been the only issue that is keeping me from switching to Opera. This stutter problem occurs on two very different PCs where I have tried Opera on.
The problem however does not occur with Opera Developer; it is as smooth as with Chrome. When may we expect the 'fixed' version to come out? Is there a way to be notified as soon as this happens?

It seems that I was too quick to judge. I have tried Opera Developer again today, and it was lagging like hell. My hope for Opera is gone now. I guess that I will have to lick Google and use Chrome, until someone (not Google) decides to develop a proper browser that has it all.

It will be fixed when you stop trying to run modern web browsers on a PC made when Jack Tramiel was a big name in computers.
