Developing offline intranets for Opera Mini

Hey,
Can anyone point me to any useful resources for developing offline intranet websites which work well with Opera Mini?

I am concerned that my Opera Mini users will not be able to reach the Opera Transcoding Servers.

Does this cause issues?
Can I mark up the website to avoid using the Transcoding Servers?

If you intranet pages are not available on public IPs, Mini transcoding servers won't be able to access them anyway.

The only way to disallow Mini from accessing your pages is by detecting it and blocking it on either HTTP level or markup level.

I don't want to disallow Mini from accessing my intranet. My concern is that Mini will not render anything as it will definitely not be able to reach the Opera Transcoding servers.
