I'll click the video and the first 3 or so seconds are just fine then it just changes to diagonal squiggles but the sound still works. Wth?

That's the first I've ever heard about this. Can you use your phone and report a bug through Settings/Report a problem and also attach a screenshot... and then finally reply back here with the ANDEX-???? number.
