Advertising on opera- Please advise

Hello everyone,
We are in the process of submitting our smart TV app to opera. If we wanted to use Opera's own advertising platform and once our app is approved and published are advertisements automatically generated? Are there technical steps that our developer will have to undertake in order to add the advertisement or will advertisements be automatically added by opera?Emmanuel
