[Suggestion] Add a global "never remember password"

It would be really useful to have an option to globally disable the popup "remember password ?" in Android Opera.
At this time, we have to opt-out for every website, one at a time.

This is particularly annoying for password manager users (LastPass for example), as we definitively do not want any password to be saved outside the password manager we decided to use.

I understand it's not a common use case, but a hidden option in opera:flags will really be a big step for the UX of password manager users.
