[Suggestion] Data saving option for only mobile network

Hi,
I would like to see a feature implemented where you can choose to enable data savings only when you're on mobile network and not when connected to wifi.
As I only need data savings with low-res images when I'm on on the fly, it would be easier having not to always turn it off when connected to a wifi somewhere (and also forgetting it). The feature is also likely to reduce server traffic on operas servers if implemented.

Use Opera Max instead.

According to Max it does only 35% savings on Opera Browser, whereas I'm at 76% on the browser by itself.
