Exporting bookmarks from Opera android

Is there a way of exporting the bookmarks from Opera for Android or Opera Mini to allow them to be imported somewhere else WITHOUT having to use a desktop opera browser?

My gut feeling is that the bookmark list is in the android system files, but the machines I'm using are unrooted and a search for opera in the base directory doesn't seem to show anything.
