Sound works but video not playing

Hey so i have recently updated my computer to win10 and I have Opera 34.0 and some videos either on youtube or other websites like facebook, vimeo etc. play sound but not the image itself. It works fine on other browsers like chrome and Firefox but i simply dont want to stop using Opera cause i have been using it for years now.

Use VLC for playing multimedia that you download. For watching videos on youtube make sure you have a current version of adobe flash on your computer.

I have both vlc media installed and the latest flash player on opera. how do i associate web videos only to VLC?

I would say it's a bug in Opera as I have that happen to me but not with every video I play on FB just some
