How do you turn on the sound in this version (HTML Player and Flash Player)? Previous versions did all play loud and clear, but not v.32.
Videos on YouTube and other places are now silent as a rock. And because of the silent updater, I have to install v.31 every now and then (duh, of course I want sound)...

I'm using Windows 10 64bit, by the way.

Get a video playing in Opera and then double check the mixer in Windows. It could be that the volume was lowered or muted just for Opera when it updated.

Thank you for the suggestion! But sadly, the volume is ever so high.

I just noticed that even though the slider (in the mixer) is cranked all the way up, it doesn't chime (give a sound) when I move it down/up. As v.31 do.

I agree, I cannot play video from Twitter, and this page I cannot play H.264/MP4 (http://www.quirksmode.org/html5/tests/video.html). Twitter show "This browser does not support playback video"

I can play video on web normal with Edge, Firefox and Chrome.

              I am using Windows 10 x64 with Opera 32

I know its an older post, but if you still have the problem can you run InstalledCodec utility, and report back if you see any missing codec (marked with red) ?
