How do you export bookmarks from opera?

How do you export bookmarks from opera? According to the Help pages, you go to "Settings" and there is an option there for exporting bookmarks - but that must apply to an older version of Opera. If you go to settings now, there does not seem to be such an option.

There's an extension called "Bookmarks Import & Export" which will do it for Opera versions 15 and newer.

V7 Bookmarks also has a bookmarks exporter.
