Sync Problems

Opera 33. I've been with Opera a long time but I'm totally frustrated with Sync since we hobbled and then eliminated Lync.
Sometimes Sync synchronizes Speed Dials and bookmarks but usualy Speed Dials don't sync and new Bookmarks on one PC simply disappear.
Even more frustrating is that I can't figure out how to export my Bookmarks to move to another browser.

Yes but not very well ... The only one I could find un-nests all subfolders so you end up with a big mess ...
