Move from old Opera install to new opera install

My OS became corrupt. I reinstalled windows without formatting hard drive. All my files and setting are in the old.windows folder. I want to migrate as much as possible from the old Opera folder to the new opera folder. I specifically want to import my extensions. I know about synchronize, but I guess when I installed Opera a few months ago, I never created an account. So I can't use synchronize. Can I move a profile, or user files from old install to new install location.

Certainly if it's the same version of Opera on the new install as on the old install, with the same folder path, just replacing the whole profile folder in the new installation with the one from the old one should do what you want, assuming that its files are not corrupted.
Back up the new profile folder first just in case!

Yes, they are the same version. What is the profile folder called? Just profile. I'm not in front of the computer at this time. Just wanted to be sure about the profile folder.

just to add to what @davehawley wrote:
passwords won't work if you reinstalled OS
they are linked to OS for security reasons (file is called Login file )
you can see path to your profile by:
-clicking on Opera button (upper left corner)
-about Opera
-under paths
