Tumblr issue

Hello. Whenever I go to someone's tumblr blog (including my own) the page looks as if I'm not logged in (I see buttons "follow" and "tumblr"). I am logged in, though, and the rest of Tumblr works fine.
I've been told extensions might cause it, but I don't use any. What should I do?

Clear your cookies. Ctrl+Shift+Del. That help?
