Skins for Opera

Hello all,
it seem to be an enormous problem, the new interface of opera only allow to change the background image of the speed dial... it can be very cool if it can be like opera 12 and its fabulous skin selector because i love dark themes like Adobe UI .
How is it possible to change the skin of new Opera ( 33 or beta ) ???

It is disappointing that the current version of Opera does not have custom skins available. This was one of the best features of the old Opera.

Opera is the best navigator on the world , all know that !!
But since the fusion with webkit, they seems annoying with directives of google or something else .
So,
Please dear Devs,
Can you enable the skin configurator for news versions of Opera Classic and Opera Beta ( for windows ) ?
