Importing Contacts

New to this and not sure how to import my Contacts from Microsoft Outlook 2007..I know I am a bit behind the times, but when I saw import contacts from outlook express I realised not so far behind.

I am lazy and do not fancy typing each contact into the new mail programme. so is there another way to import my contacts from my old email programme?

I need instructions in comic book format. I am reasonable au fait with how a computer works, but please don't overwhelm with tech talk.

What exactly are you trying to import your contacts into? Opera 12? Opera Mail?

I apologise, I am trying to import into Opera Mail.
