Issue: forum comment: mouse scroll doesn't work / refresh page to edit post

I've got two issues with the Opera forum:

1. The scroll function does not work within the "comment box" textarea. I have to go up/down using the keyboard.
2. Once I have edited my comment/post I need to reload the page in order to be able to push the edit button again.
