Windows crashed - "last session" broken... how to repair?

Hey,
my windows crashed and broke my "last session". How can I get this file repaired? Got many opened tabs in there and the old "last session" is like about three years old..

I'm afraid your best bet is to run a free undelete program on your hard drive and see if there is a more recent recoverable version of the file.
Wise after the event I know, but this is why regular backups are so important.

You might also check your browsing history to see if you can find the tabs you had open.

No success. Why the hell isn't it a readable file format!? I could have fixed it manually like in okld firefox times.... crying
