Reordering Speed Dial links

Just wondering if this is a bug in both Opera Developer 28 and Opera Beta (I'm using OSX 10.9) and if anyone else is experiencing the same. When I add a new website to Speed Dial I can't (click and drag) reorder the entries. You can normally just drop an entry in between others to reorder it. Nor can I drag an entry onto another to create a folder. This function works perfectly on the stable release.

Try to disable opera://flags/#favorites-bookmark-backend.
