Opera Mouse Gestures

Hello,
I have recently switched over from Chrome to Opera and have thus far been very impressed, it works way better than Chrome and I can't imagine switching back. I see a lot of people upset about changes Opera seem to have implemented, as a new user I suppose it doesn't affect me much but I really like how Opera is currently.
Anyway, my issue being that all mouse gestures work for me except Right Click + Scroll to switch between tabs and no matter what I do it still doesn't work, so I'm starting to wonder if it's an Opera issue.On a side note, aside from Google Keep anyone know any cool Sidebar plugins?

you were probably reading old help documentation
right-click + scroll was part of old Opera Presto
it is not possible to do it natively (there are couple of extensions to implement that)
as for side bar extensions, choose your flavor -

I attempted to use these two for the scroll tabs function and they both failed to work.

No you don't
It is very hard to recreate old Opera Presto feature with Javascript in this new environment...
I was playing with this particular problem some time ago...
Opera internal mouse gestures will always mess with extension (rightClick+scroll), and result is weird if not bugged behavior (mouse gesture is fired most of the time, context menu is shown...etc) -
