Show First Page from Startup Pages

I have 3 startup pages in the following order (left to right): Facebook, YouTube, and SoundCloud. Whenever I open up Opera, it shows the last page, which in this case is SoundCloud. I want the first page (Facebook) to display first. Is there any way to show the first tab from the far left on startup?

Settings > On startup > Open a specific page or set of pages > Set pages, change their order.

In Chrome, the active tab upon reopening is the one I left active when closing. (In Firefox - same picture.)
Isn't that the case here?

Hes not using Continue where I left off, hes using set pages. It opens these pages regardless of what you had open when you last closed the browser.
