Remove wasted space at top of screen?

This has suddenly reappeared and I can't remember how I removed it last time. Search didn't help. Perhaps I'm using the wrong keywords. Could somebody remind me where to find the setting please? I'm using the latest Opera 29 stable release.

At the top of the screen. Above the tabs.
