i have windows phone and use opera mini beta in my windows phone , but whenever download anything from opera it saves all data on root, and i unable to change that location on download popup and i unable to find downloaded file any where through inbuilt file manager

Currently opera has not been created for WP8.1, which is made for WP8. so it'll not support file manager unless opera makes separated version for WP8.1,...

If you download files in Opera it'll be saved in phone memory.So try to find out
