Is it possible to delete old computers that you don't have access to anymore.

Try right click, and Remove Device Folder.

Right click to remove doesn't work, at least not on os x. I have currently 6 different speed dials, all from the same android phone. They also do not seem to disappear automatically, like synced tabs do for instance.

Ah, sorry. This is on developer and beta stream at the moment. So you need to be patient.
