MacBook - Upgraded to Yosemite - Bookmarks are Gone

I finally took the plunge and upgraded my MacBook Pro to Yosemite.
The first thing I did was go into my Opera browser. I noticed my favorites are gone. This is something I didn't expect from an OS install.
Where do I look to restore my Opera favorites?

This should not happen, Opera profile is located in User Application Support directory and should be accessed the same way as before the OS upgrade.
What about other stuff like History, settings, cache?
Perhaps you created a new user after the OS upgrade?
