cannot 'like' pages on facebook

why won't they fix this issue?
I have to open firefox to 'like' a facebook page. -

What version of Opera are you using?
If it's a pre Opera 15 version, it does work for me (on 12.17) but it's extremely slow to register.

It IS slow - I tried and left it.
What version does the author have in mind?

bradraiche last edited byI use Mozilla Palemoon for the bulk of my web stuff and Chrome for all things Google (gmail, youtube, maps, etc). I really would like to dedicate Opera for use with one of my facebook accounts, but I have discovered that the browser does not let me like many facebook pages, and I have no idea why this is.
Bottom line is, now I uninstall Opera until they get it together. Great browser, just not ready for prime time.

Sounds to me like you have it configured incorrectly. Either you have Turbo enabled or some extensions installed or something but it works out of the box for me.
