juxtaposed tabs

just upgraded to 28.0.1750.48 on win xp
It is no more possible to place the tabs juxtaposed. gesture was right click+up+right
is that a feature deleted forever or is it possible to still do it?

If you mean tab stacking, its gone from the current version. There are some extensions out there that you can use to get something like it back but don't expect official support in Opera anytime soon. The usage statistics of the old Opera showed it was a little used feature so it has not been given development priority.
