Quick access bar in 19???

I had quick access bar enabled in 18, now it updated to 19 and the bar is gone despite the settings say ‘enabled’.

I am so frustrated.

Are you sure? In Opera menu -> Settings, can you check if the checkbox to show the bookmarks bar is enabled?

It changed name to “bookmarks bar” which may be confusing if you were looking for the “quick access bar” (development codename).
