The latest version of Opera Mobile Classic available on ftp.opera.com and get.opera.com is 12.1.6. Where can I download 12.1.8 apk file beyond Play Store, for archival purpose?

ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/android has direct download for mini but the latest version is 6.5 on 11/22/11. The version is 3 years old. It is two years older than the release for Opera Classic which is version 12.1.6 on 9/25/13. Please make the current release of Mini and Classic available as direct downloads.
