Font Data Calculation

I am using LG P500, I downloaded Opera Mini 7.6.4. After installing I see a box that says 'Font Data Calculation' and a bar with a percentage over it. It always goes up to 13% and then it forces close. It really giving tough time, I cannot install the app on my phone. Please help me resolve this issue of font data calculation. I have not tempered with my phone, it's a new phone

If it's a new phone be sure that Android OS v2.3 is running on your phone and install Opera Mini 8 beta from Play store.

The Android Version is 2.2.1, does it mean the Opera Mini 7.6.4 won't work on it? When I checked the compatibility status on the Play store, the Opera mini was compatible with my phone. The font data calculation issue popped up after installation. Other app are working.The Opera Mini 8 Beta id not compatible with my phone LG P500

you have not given me a solution, you only gave me an option, the old problem of font data calculation still persist
