Opera 28: Thanks for sync&search, now give back sidebar with boomarks and notes

Just thank you for bookmarks sync and searching bookmarks in search field.

Now please restore bookmarks sidebar and add back Notes... Current 'bookmarks page' is next to unusable.
And actually stash was a good idea if someone has a few sites in bookmarks.

The dev team doesn't hang out here so requests like this are only heard by your fellow users.
