Tab management failure

Since a couple of days the tab management fails every now and then, a few times per day, usually when I have a lot of tabs open. I cannot close tabs and I cannot correctly go to the tabs I want to go to. When I then close the Opera window (by clicking on the small cross) and reopen it and then open last closed tabs, everything is back to how it should be.
