Opera Mail - Problems / Bugs (missing mails in Inbox, doubled mails, filter missing, skip Inbox)

I'm using Opera Mail now for 6 months and have several problems with it. I already searched in the forum, but can't find anything to my problems. Hope to get any feedback from you. Besides, it's really annoying that there is no personal email support from Opera.
Using Opera Mail on Mac OSX, with several mail addresses from google mail, gmx and my own website like info@..., sales@... and so on.
- I have several mail boxes. everything comes to ONE inbox. how can I change it? How can I skip the inbox? How can I control what is shown at my Inbox?
- I have several mail boxes. everything comes to ONE inbox and is not in the Inbox of each mail box. The mails are missing there.
- How can I move mails from the Inbox without deleting them?
- I'm using google mail, with labels - in Oper Mail nothing is sorted. All filters from google mail getting ignored. Everything comes to my Inbox. And all mails are more then once doubled - sometimes I have 5 same messages. Where are the filters in Opera Mail?
Please help. Thanks.

In the mail panel there's an "All Messages" access point that has various views. By default (and on startup), messages from all of your account's show in those views. But, you can use the account selector to show only one account's messages. Just right-click in the mail panel, goto "show messages from" and change it to a certain account. Or, right-click on the mail panel toolbar, goto customize, then appearance, the buttons, then mail. Drag the account selector drop-down button to the mail panel toolbar so that you can always see what account is selected and so you can easily change what account is selected.
In addition to the "All Messages" access point, there's a you@example.com access point for each account, which has views that show only messages for that account. For POP accounts, there will be an Inbox view and a Sent view. For IMAP accounts, there will be a view for each subscribed IMAP folder on the server. You can goto "Menu -> mail -> IMAP folders" to control which IMAP folders you're subscribed to.
For any view in the mail panel, when you click it and open its message list, there will be a "settings for this view" button on the toolbar above the list. Clicking the button will reveal options that controls what shows for that view.
There's also a slanted wrench icon at the top right of Opera that has some global mail settings.
How can I move mails from the Inbox without deleting them?
For POP accounts, you can add messages to a label under the "Labels" access point. Then, if that label has "hide these messages from other views" set, messages in there won't show in other views if those other views have "show hidden" unchecked. So, you can hide messages from the Inbox view that way.
For IMAP accounts, under the you@example.com access point for the account, just drag the message from the IMAP folder its in to the IMAP folder you want to move it to.
I'm using google mail, with labels - in Oper Mail nothing is sorted. All filters from google mail getting ignored. Everything comes to my Inbox. And all mails are more then once doubled - sometimes I have 5 same messages.
Each Gmail label shows up as an IMAP folder under the you@example.com access point for the account. Your messages will be sorted there.
Where are the filters in Opera Mail?
Opera doesn't have filters. It has labels under the "Labels" access point. If you right-click on a label and goto "properties", you can set up rules to pull messages into that label.
Opera also doesn't know anything about the mail.google.com filters that place messages in gmail labels. Opera only knows about the labels themselves as they show up as IMAP folders.
And all mails are more then once doubled - sometimes I have 5 same messages.
This is an issue with Gmail IMAP. The server produces a separate copy of each message for each gmail label the message is in. So, for IMAP, there really are multiple copies. In Opera's "All Messages" views, you should only see the copy from "All Mail" unless you have "Show hidden" checked for the "All Messages" views in which copies from the "Inbox" IMAP folder and other Gmail label IMAP folders will show too.
In short, if you Opera to behave more like a traditional client, drag all the you@example.com access points in the mail panel to the top of the mail panel so that "All messages" is last. Then, just use the you@example.com access points and totally ignore the "All Messages" access point. And, for IMAP accounts, go in the account's properties and check the "IMAP" tab to make sure all your special folders are set.
Also, if you click the wrench icon on the mail panel toolbar, you can hide access points by unchecking them.
In short, and especially for Gmail IMAP, use only the you@example.com access point and rely on the filters and labels that you create at mail.google.com.
Besides, it's really annoying that there is no personal email support from Opera.
Opera Mail is no longer being developed and is no longer being supported.

Ok Thank you burnout, it sounds complicated, but I will try to follow your instructions
What about point 2? I'm missing mails which are sent to my website e-mail addresses. There are mails which I sent, but no incoming mails in the inbox of each account - only in the main inbox.
"Opera Mail is no longer being developed and is no longer being supported."
So there will be no new versions anymore? -

Under "Menu -> mail and chat accounts", I assume you have an entry for each account in there?
If incoming messages for an account don't show under "All Messages/Received" and or the "Inbox" view under the you@example.com access point for the account, click the "settings for this view" button on the message list toolbar for that view and check the "show" settings. If they're not set correctly, the messages could be hidden.
Are the accounts with problems POP or IMAP?

Do you see any received messages if you check "papierkorb", "duplikate"?
Since this is IMAP though, you can just delete the IMAP account and add it back in and things should be fine. If not, you can close down Opera Mail, delete (or rename) the "mail" folder (see "Menu -> help -> about Opera" for the location), start Opera Mail and set up the IMAP account again. If you have any feeds though, you'll have to goto "Menu -> settings -> import and export -> export feed list" before you delete the mail folder and then import the list after you set up Opera Mail again. If you have any POP accounts, you can rename the "mail" folder instead and, set the POP accounts up again and then import your messages from the old mail folder (I'll explain how if needed).
Also, for good measure, you can close down Opera Mail and delete operaprefs.ini in the preferences folder "See "menu -> help -> about Opera Mail" for the location) when you delete the mail folder to clear any problems with the global mail preferences.
You can export your contacts and delete contacts.adr when you delete the mail folder. Then, you can import your contacts back in.
