Opera 27 - Where are the Notes gone?

Please, can anyone advise me where the notes function is in Opera 27? Downloaded the update and cant find the notes or any information on the internet, where they are supposed to be in the browser.

New Opera has no Notes anymore.

Try Vivaldi browser.
