deleting select cookies

As with Opera 12.16 is it possible in the new opera (Stable & Next) to search for specific cookies and delete only them? This is very helpful is I am having a problem with a specific website and not delete them all. My current laptop (HP G6) seems to have a tendency to wrote corrupt cookies. I was able to do this with 12.16 and before but can't find how to do it with the new Opera.
The recent problem is some times Gmail will not display some emails embedded pictures. Some times a refresh of the browser (happens with chrome also) will fix it 80% of the time and when it doesn't a second refresh will. It probably is a Gmail problem and maybe it's related cookie so I would like to delete all Gmail cookies.
