Export speeddial bookmarks to firefox.

Hej.
I can not find how to disable opera autoupdate so I have to ditch this p.o.s., any software executing anything not initiated by me is virus and will be removed, its so bad opera chosen that route as I liked this browser.So, how do I export speeddial bookmarks ? Im surprised not finding them in bookmarks which can be exported, I would never use bookmarks, only speeddials as I can not find enough interesting material on internet for not being contained in the speeddial window.
Of course I would prefer disabling autoupdate but I will not add any sorry ass command -autoupdate-disable to a shortcut, a good software has all settings inside, if it doesnt the software developers has gone the windoze way and must be ditched. I will not add any posts to the registry as this shitty win 8.1 is so unstable I hardly use it. Linux forever.

Firefox and Chrome do this. What browser are you going to use then? Internet Explorer? Oh wait, it does it too through Windows Update, which defaults to automatically install. Guess you better stop using Windows too. In which case you're on the wrong forums.
