You won't, it's not there, as it has not been (and may never be) implemented into the new version of Opera.

It does not requires much programing.
It is very easy to say that something does not require much effort when someone else is doing it for you. It is entirely another matter to do it for ones self.

This discussion has been made for Chromium long ago and the implementation sidebar has been discarded. And so is for Opera.

In opera 25 I can't find the old left menu bar.

This is yet another thread that has been answered and should be closed. Sidebars are not being developed for Opera Blink (as far as we know). Those who want a sidebar should go over to the Suggestion Box and make a suggestion there. And really... that should bring this thread to a close.
