Frequent crashes

I'm running Windows 7, and while I generally like Opera and its speed, my browser will simply turn black and fail to respond a few times a week, forcing me to shut it down and re-open. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Did you try to update your grahics card driver?
Did you update to Opera 26?
Did you try to disable Hardware Acceleration in Operas settings (Alt P -> Browser -> System) and restart Opera?

Took lando's advice. Using citrio now. No crashes.

Bundling crapware with an installer option to opt out is one kind of annoyance... inserting it covertly into the installation is another one entirely. Auto-accessing a number of known malware sites is a step even above that. But... if all that suits you, enjoy! O.O
