Hello,
I've just installed opera-developer 26 on my linux machine. It runs blazingly fast, flash plugin works fine but it doesn't see my google-talkplugin.
about:plugins shows only the flash and the pdf plugin.
Any idea how to enable google-talkplugin?
Thanks

That would be the NPAPI deprecation. Old plug-ins are being phased out. You can contact the plug-in vendor (Google) and ask them to provide a new plug-in because of the deprecation plan led by Google. So they deprecated their own thing.

Thanks for the info!
It seems that we won't be able to use gmail chat in opera. Unless, they come up with something else.

Anyway a ppapi plugin is now available on Linux. So we have a bug open to start using it. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.

It would be really nice to have the Google Talkplugin work. That's a fairly major plugin that a bunch of people need.

How about a link to the build instead
