Opera can not check updates through proxy

I have the same issue.
Our proxy is McAfee Web Gateway. I have tried excluding autoupdate.geo.opera.com from SSL decryption but that did not resolve the issue.
Chrome updates through the proxy without any problems (as does Firefox).

I have the same problem too. My proxy is MS Forefront TMG with NTLM auth.

it is very old and important issue , I can not understand why Opera devs can not resolve this.

Problem isn't solved yet. It also affect "Opera Link" synchronization. Can developers pay attention to this issue?
