Opera 24 gets stuck

Very annoying issue ... Open the browser and the first visited website loads quickly as usual. However from the second visited website Opera gets stuck for a moment (let's say for 3-4 seconds) before site is loaded. It's fully reproducible. I tried to clear cache, to change the agent from PC to mobile and vise versa, enable/disable off-road but nothing helps.
This bug was definitely introduced in this version because the previous builds were fine. Checked Chrome and there isn't that problem at all.
Anyone? Help?
