Search without accents

Hi,
in the last version doesn't work search without accents.When I want find "večer" so I must type "večer" and "vecer" return 0 results. In previously version it works fine.

Search where ?. Via the internet ?, your computer ?, using google (or some other engine) ?, the forum here ?.

This isn't an issue in Opera, but in Chromium.
I've seen many changes in this regard within the last few versions. You can e.g. read about it here.
The problem is, that e.g. German umlaut "ä" doesn't even remotely sound like "a", but more like an "e". And thus if we search for "ä" we most often only wanna see "ä"s and not "a"s cause this might be a totally different word. (It's like you typed "spit" and your browser also matched "spot")
So you see this isn't as easy as it might seem...That said, I totally get why you want it to match an "e" if there's an "é" e.g. in French word "télévision" since it requires less keystrokes.
I guess the only solution will be to add an option... -
