Youtube Video Settings : The Speed Playback option is not there!

I love chrome and the extensions (most notably Flash Control, Boomerang, Google Cast / Videostream, etc) however for whatever reason it now escalates into using 100s of MBs of ram.. maybe it has to do with java.

In any case, Opera looks great, but how can I playback youtube videos at 2x? I've enabled the html5 options in my account, but when using opera, the option for speed on a youtube video is not there!

And how did you manage that in other browsers (Chrome for example) ?.
