How to/what happened to opening new tabs next to current?

Hmm my Opera 25 opens tabs opened from the current tab, right next to it.
New ones (ctrl+t) get opened at the end.

but yes these other features I'm missing from my old Opera days.
(cough don't like using extensions cough)
