Bookmarks - Icon only

Hello,
I just switched from 12.xx to 24 and... the most annoying thing so far is the lack of the option to show only icons on the bookmarks bar. Is it possible to make it like I would, any addon or..?

Hi @tjall: you can simply right click the bookmark item, and select "Edit" from the context menu, then press "Delete", and click the "Save" button

This is a question I've asked many times, including when My.Opera was active. Bookmarks I've saved to Opera browser and therefore Opera Link continue to disappear. Is this going to be fixed? How do I restore the bookmarks that have disappeared?

I hoped Opera 25 would be more adjustable but no. The bookmarks bar with icons only would save much the space without the annoying necessity of clicking ">>". It was done in 12.XX why it went wrong after? Adding simple option "show icons only" would make the bar to look like everyone wants for his own wish so please, Crew add more options to customize the look and, first of all, improve usability of the bookmarks bar ffs.
And l33t4opera sorry I can't get ur point...

@tjall: I'm glad, that you made it Yep, I know but this is what we get for now, without installing any extension.
BTW: you can install the "Roomy Bookmarks Toolbar" from the Chrome Web Store - to install it, you need install first one of the extensions: "Extension source viewer", or "Download Chrome Extension". After that, you can hide the Bookmarks Bar in O-Menu>Bookmarks>Show Bookmarks Bar

Thanks for info @l33t4opera. I'll stay with the manual editing so far, especially because I've done the job deleting those descriptions on my bookmarks bar already Also, I would prefer to minimalize number of addons to make the browser clear and faster. Generally I'm stick to opera just because I used to. I'll give a try to the Opera 2x, though I miss some other important options like quick nebaling/disabling JS and (old style) Inspect Element thing. It may be worth to check some competitive browsers.
