Reading Wikipedia about the Isle of Skye:
In 1549 Donald Munro, High Dean of the Isles, wrote of "Sky": "This Ile is callit Ellan Skiannach in Irish, that is to say in Inglish the wyngit Ile, be reason it has mony wyngis and pointis lyand furth fra it, throw the dividing of thir foirsaid Lochis."

@linuxmint7:
Linux, where did your last post disappeared in that recently active thread in "Windows"? I went to "append"/'reply' to that, and after the submitting I see Blackbird's post instead of yours.--?This definitely does not sound like activity from Opera or it's update process, as there was nothing to update, as you say, you already had the latest version.
And it's possessive is its - I told you!

@joshl, I deleted it, because we already knew which version of Opera he was using, so it did not serve any purpose.

Reading Geology of Scotland: Chronology on Wikipedia:
As the Jurassic started, Pangaea began to break up into two continents, Gondwana and Laurasia, marking the beginning of the separation of Scotland and North America.
@mjmsprt40
Now I know why so many Scots were going to America - they actually felt it lacking part of home*;)* -

I wonder how RJHowie will handle being next door to an Eskimo? Maybe he can tell us-- personally-- if there really IS a Santa Claus.
