Facebook is not loading properly

I bought a new computer and loaded Windows 7 on it and Opera Next 25. Everything is good except with I log into FB it has dialog boxes for Add friends, Messages, and Notices overlaying the top of the screen. They never close.

No problem in Chrome.

Any ideas how to fix this?
