Legacy info from forums

I have not been on forums for more than a year or two. The forum was where I went to get legacy information to support older versions. People running legacy version where can they go to lookup info that was in the forums?
So far I have noticed these forums have:
- Spam AND NO WAY TO FLAG IT!
- mixed languages in post
- poor search facility
- user profile (no local TZ option or other user fields)
- strange formatting in preview window
How very UN-evolved

Right.
user profile (no local TZ option or other user fields)
There are requests in Forum Feedback.
strange formatting in preview window
Same. Welcome to the feedback section below.

It needs 2 clicks, would be nice to have an dedicated button.
Also it would be nice to flag a thread without needing to open it first.
Even better would be some heuristic spam filter (new user posts something with suspicious keywords or links). -

Damn they are still using "grey cog" on white background no wonder it is hard to see it and find it, and it is a bad choice for old screens and LCD laptops.
