migrate bookmarks from opera 12

how can i import my bookmarks which i exported from opera 12 as html file ??
this must be possible! ... otherwise this must be a joke?

already activated bookmarks import flag... still havent found out to import my html file...

any help would be great... this process is highly frustrating

what do they think at opera??
